1) Does Existing Approvers and End users in Current MSP 2.0 system need to be re-onboarded again in new MSP 3.0 Saviynt system?
Ans: No, All the Existing Approvers and End users in Current MSP 2.0 system will be migrated to new MSP 3.0 Saviynt system.
2) Does Existing Approvers and End users loose access after migration to new MSP 3.0 Saviynt system?
Ans: No , All the Existing Approvers and End users access will be remains same after migration to new MSP 3.0 Saviynt system .
3) End User need to do Self- Enrollment in new MSP 3.0 Saviynt System?
Ans: No , There is no more Self-Enrollment in new MSP 3.0 Saviynt system , Vendor Manager( Approvers) Will Enroll End users in new MSP 3.0 Saviynt System.
4) If any issues occurs which ticketing system we need to use to Submit ticket in new MSP 3.0 Saviynt System?
