HP Business Partner User Guide

Welcome to MSP 3.0 on Saviynt platform.  All user’s enrollment/on-boarding will happen within Saviynt MSP 3.0 platform.  This will include the current Manage entitlement.

This guide will summarize all the HP Business Partner role/feature on this new platform.  There are some new features and some additional processes to accomplish before an user can be on board.

In general, there are two type of users in this new platform. The responsibilities have changed for more security and tighter controls.

1. Vendor Manager (previously Approvers).
   1. Will act as direct managers to their own users within their region/country.
   1. Can create single end users or bulk upload. More details will be available in the actual guide tutorial.
   1. Will have some reporting to check users end date and/or entitlement due date
   1. In the future, Vendor Manager will or can approve their own users access to applications.
   1. Access to a new ticketing system
   1. Access to help/guide webpage.
2. Vendor Identity (Previously End User)
   1. Will have the ability to manage their own profile
   1. Reset password
   1. Request for entitlements.
